We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our Returns Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands‐on warehouse work and administration, is comfortable using technology and spreadsheets and enjoys working collaboratively with different teams across the business. Full training will be provided, so a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities
n
Process and manage customer and business returns in accordance with company procedures
n
Receive, inspect, sort and process returned stock
n
Check returned products for damage, faults or discrepancies and determine the appropriate next steps
n
Accurately record return information using spreadsheets and internal systems
n
Maintain and update spreadsheets, records and documentation
n
Respond to and manage emails relating to returns and follow up on outstanding matters
n
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other departments to resolve return-related queries and issues
n
Label, scan, sort and organise returned stock within the warehouse
n
Repack suitable products and prepare stock for resale, redistribution or further assessment
n
Maintain a clean, organised and protected working environment
n
About you
n
Minimum 6 months experience working in warehousing or logistics
n
Experience working in returns and in credits is beneficial but not essential
n
Full Australian working rights either permanent residency or Australian citizenship
n
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets, emails and computer-based systems
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Reliable, punctual and committed to completing tasks accurately
n
A team player who is also comfortable working independently
