About the role

Our Home Care team have an experiencedScheduler to join their team.

- 12 month fixed-term contract working full-timehours (Monday to Friday), based in our West Perthoffice.
- This role is mainly office based, with some considerationfor flexible working and variable start and finishing times.(7.6 hrs shift. Coverage required between 6.30am to6pm)

Reporting to our Team Leader, you are responsible for thescheduling of in-home client services and some administrativefunctions. This is a busy, fast-paced role so you are highlyorganised with a solution-focussed attitude.

The role will include:

- Coordinating the scheduling and delivery of services tohome care clients
- Providing a skilled service through effectivecommunication techniques over the phone, on email and viaSMS
- Ensuring that information provided to customers regardingrostering and staffing is relevant and accurate
- Ensuring all home care team rosters reflect and includeapproved leave, training and meeting attendance coverage





You will also have the opportunity to work on projects for theHome Care team as and when the need arises.

About you

You pride yourself on delivering excellent service to yourcustomers and your ability to listen and communicate clearly on thephone and in writing. You also bring:

- Previous experience in scheduling home care services -preferably experience using Alayacare
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the provision of excellentcustomer focused services and empathy with older people andtheir families
- Willingness to obtain vaccinations (minimum of 1 COVID-19and annual flu) and current police clearance
