Our client is an innovative provider of Workplace Rehabilitation Services with an impressive national footprint. This organisation is the exclusive provider of rehabilitation services to the ADF and also has a growing Workplace Health division.

We are recruiting an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant in Canberra. Interest from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Nurses, Osteopaths, Psychologists, Social Workers and Rehabilitation Counsellors is welcome.

Your role will be a mix of on-site work at Defence bases, time in the office and some days working from home. Full-time and part-time hours are on offer. If you would prefer one location, there are positions based at a single base.

The Job:

On-base or hybrid ADF role, working closely with ADF members who have sustained an injury

Proactively manage your caseload - engage clients & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate a safe & timely return to full duties

Perform discipline-specific assessments, attend case conferences

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ADF including its structure, procedures & terminology to facilitate optimum outcomes for clients

Make a valuable contribution in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team workplace





Consistent & structured role with limited travel

Mon-Fri 7.30am-3.30pm - full-time, potential for 4 days (0.8) - flexible hours for off-base days

The Perfect Candidate:

Relevant professional body membership

1+ year Workplace Rehabilitation experience essential

Interest in developing your skills in a specialist ADF Consultant role
