About the Role As a Warehouse & Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, loaded, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock

Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement

Strap, secure, and pack products onto delivery trucks

Perform manual handling and lifting tasks as required

Assist customers with loading and unloading orders

Frequently get on and off the forklift to place dunnage between products

Work collaboratively with management and the production team

Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues

Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies,



and site rules

Support production and warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Current

Forklift Licence

(essential)

Manual driver’s licence preferred (not essential)

Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude

Solid work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines consistently

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent attention to detail

Strong English communication, reading, and numerical skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

Commitment to accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
