We are looking for an Educator who:

Will feel inspired by children and the learning that takes place, viewing children as capable and competent

Has an understanding of both the EYLF and the NQS

Has the ability to work collaboratively

Is flexible and reliable

Has a deep respect for children and is able to explore recent ideas with children, as co‑researchers and co‑learners

Is supportive of the use of the 100 Languages of Children, providing opportunities for the children to express their ideas, hypotheses and theories

Is able to create inviting, inspiring and challenging learning environments, seeing the value of “the environment as the 3rd teacher"

Is joyful in their work and engagement with children and families.

What we need from you:

Diploma or Qualified Cert III, Willing to study or Studying Towards

Current Working with Children Check (Blue card)

A passion for the Early Childhood sector
