CLEANING SUPERVISOR – MINE SITE

We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and take the lead across a busy mine-site cleaning operation.

n

This isn't a role where you sit back and watch — we want someone who is hands‐on, organized, safety-focused and genuinely enjoys working with people.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading and supporting a team of cleaning professionals
n
- Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently high
n
- Managing daily site operations and allocating work
n
- Supporting staff with training, performance and day‐to‐day issues
n
- Working closely with the client and site management
n
- Completing site inspections and reporting
n
- Managing administration, rosters and attendance
n
- Using Excel for reporting and tracking
n
- Ensuring all site safety requirements are followed
n
- Being the person the team and client can rely on!
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cleaning or a related industry
n




- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
n
- Mine-site experience is highly regarded
n
- A solid safety-first mindset
n
- Excellent communication and people skills
n
- A genuine team player who leads by example
n
- Strong administration and organisational skills
n
- Good Excel and computer skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
n
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
n
