What you'll be doing

n

n




- Support the management of a well-maintained portfolio with full support from a Property Officer, comprising quality properties with low arrears and maintenance, and a stable base of long-term tenants and landlords.
n
- Proven systems and VA-backed admin support so your time is spent managing people and properties, not paperwork.
n
- Leading industry software and technology in place to support efficiency, accuracy, and a smooth day-to-day workflow.
n
- Manage relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades
n
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
n
- Ensure rent collection, lease renewals, and compliance tasks are up to date
n
- Provide exceptional service and maintain accurate records
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve tenancy issues with professionalism and care
n
- Attend Tribunal Hearings with support and training provided if required
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 1 year experience managing a residential portfolio
n
- Experience with Console, IRE, and Agentbox is a bonus but not essential
n
- Strong organisation and time management skills
n
- A great communicator who thrives on delivering great service
n
- Sound knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act
n
- A self-starter with a team-first attitude
n
- Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
n
- Cert of Reg or Real Estate Licence required
