Dribond Construction Chemicals Sdn Bhd – Wetherill Park NSW

Dribond Construction Chemicals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Factory Operator to join our production team on a full-time basis at our Wetherill Park facility.

This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll be actively involved in the day‑to‑day production and factory operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a tight‑knit team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processes
- Lifting and handling heavy materials and products safely
- Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor
- Operating forklifts and other machinery as required
- Maintaining stock records and assisting with general warehouse duties
- Answering occasional phone inquiries and providing basic customer service




- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

- A solid work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Forklift licence (preferred, but not the main focus of the role)
- A team player with good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy skills
- The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- A pre‑employment medical and/or fitness‑for‑work assessment may be required prior to commencement.
