The role involves collaborating on client suicide risk assessments, contributing to prevention plans, and timely response to referrals. The position includes some weekend and afterhours work as part of outreach duties.

The successful candidate will work within a for-purpose organisation with over 10,000 dedicated staff, providing patient-centred care and multidisciplinary support in the community setting.
