Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients

Generate sales by aligning customer needs with suitable products and services

Proactively identify upcoming projects prior to tender stage

Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Prepare and deliver proposals, submissions, and quotations

Client Engagement & Technical Support

Engage in technical discussions to support engineering and product enquiries

Demonstrate credibility and industry expertise with customers

Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability

Job Requirements Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Senior Account Manager role within a large organisation

Solid problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
