Robust Business Analyst experience across

transformation or operational change Demonstrated strength in

process mapping,



modelling and process improvement Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with

Visio, Signavio, ARIS, BPMN or similar Ability to work hands‑on with operational teams and translate complex processes into clear documentation Highly Regarded

Utilities or electricity industry experience Insourcing, outsourcing or transition program experience Operating model or organisational transformation experience Experience working across complex operational environments
