The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial, government, aged care, and many other sites. This role requires a solid understanding of compliance standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

Carry out general plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose faults and complete efficient, high-quality repairs Install, test, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures Conduct backflow prevention and TMV servicing/testing Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations Complete documentation and job reporting accurately Work safely in line with WHS requirements Key Requirements

Current plumbing licence (ACT or equivalent) Backflow Prevention and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) accreditation qualification (essential or willing to obtain)



Proven experience in commercial and or maintenance plumbing Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Valid driver's licence Security Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher) Police check - or able to obtain WWVP card - or able to obtain Desirable (Nice to Have)

Experience working on Defence or government contracts Experience with preventative maintenance programs Entitlements & Benefits
