Ready Industries, based in Queanbeyan East, NSW, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customer and subcontractor enquiries via phone, email and in person, helping deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Working closely with warehouse staff, subcontractors, transport providers and the Operations team, you will coordinate bookings, track stock movements, process payments and maintain accurate records, in a quick-paced
