You will manage the daily operations of a residential rent roll while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is a permanent part time role (5 hours per day, 5 days per week), with a clear pathway to full-time as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities

- Managing tenant and owner enquiries
n
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Processing tenant applications
n
- Preparing tenancy agreements (Form 18a)
n
- Preparing Form 6 agreements for new owners
n
- Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections
n
- Lodging work orders and entering invoices
n

About you
n
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Previous property management experience
n
- Strong understanding of REIQ documentation
n
- Experience preparing Form 18a agreements
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage
n
- Previous Experience doing Trust accounting would be an advantage
