MinRes are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to join our experienced, tight-knit crews where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter.



With positions available across our Iron Ore and Lithium operations, and a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll have meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

- Grader Operators

- Dozer Operators

- Loader Operators

- Excavator Operators
n
- All Rounder Operators
n

What is required?

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
n
- A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
n
- At least 12 months' production mining experience operating one or more of the following:n n
- CAT 785 Dump Trucks or larger — electric dump truck experience is highly regarded
n
- 16M or 18M Graders, or larger
n
- D10 or D11 Dozers
n
- CAT 992 Loaders, or larger
n
- Hitachi 3600 Excavators or equivalent — Liebherr experience is highly regarded
n

n
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
n
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
n
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
n
