What We’re Offering

- We currently have two opportunities available:
- Permanent Part Time position – 4 days per week (0.8FTE - 60.8 hours per fortnight)
- Fixed Term Full-Time position – 5 days per week (6 months, leave cover)

- Salary Range $73,884.42 - $84,292.80 (pro rata) per annum depending on qualifications and experience
- 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

About the Role A permanent part-time and fixed term full-time role have become available for an experienced customer relations skilled to act as the “first point of contact” via phones as well as in person, of the City of Vincent. The varied and fast-paced role reports directly to the Coordinator Customer Relations and is based in Leederville.

Key accountabilities

- Acts as a first point of contact for customers and stakeholders and responds to enquiries ensuring that these are addressed, resolved and/or re-directed for resolution.
- Liaises with customers and stakeholders to deliver service excellence, ensuring that information is accurate, consistent, clearly communicated and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Responds to a wide range of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints, through a variety of customer contact channels, meeting customer expectations in accordance with relevant policies, processes, procedures, and legislation, within agreed service levels and timelines.
- Contributes to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting,



and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines.
- Working both independently, and in a team environment within a customer focused area.

Who We’re Looking For The successful candidate will have proven experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced customer service environment, with previous experience working in local government being highly regarded. We are also looking for individuals who can show initiative, to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and have a friendly “can-do” attitude with a strong customer service ethic.

A National Police Clearance is required for the successful candidate.
