We’re looking for inbound Customer Service Officers to join our Brisbane CBD based team, helping Australians with important everyday enquiries. You’ll speak with customers over the phone, guide them through simple steps, and support them with services that can make a real difference in their lives.

You don’t need previous call centre experience. If you’re a good communicator, enjoy helping people, and are willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.





No two days are the same. You'll be:

- Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
- Listening carefully to customer needs and finding solutions
- Managing customer records accurately
- Helping customers access services and digital channels
- Resolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service goals
- Onsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
