siloed legal function. About you

We’re looking for a solid corporate, governance or company secretarial lawyer with c5-8 years PQE working in a sophisticated corporate environment. You’ll ideally be commercially minded, comfortable operating at pace and confident working with senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
