Food and Beverage Attendant/Bartender - QT Gold Coast

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare and serve drinks with speed, consistency and premium quality, from classic cocktails to high-volume service
n
- Deliver an elevated guest experience through strong floor presence and genuine hospitality
n
- Maintain full knowledge of the drinks and cocktail menu, and confidently make recommendations to guests
n
- Support smooth running of the bar during events, functions and peak periods
n
- Manage stock rotation, basic ordering and minimise waste at station level
n
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the bar area to a high standard
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider bar and venue team to keep energy and service levels high
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and licensing requirements at all times
n

What You'll Bring:

- Previous bartending or bar attendant experience preferred; a genuine passion for drinks and hospitality is essential
n
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
n
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering polished, high-quality service

- An outgoing personality, loads of initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and teammates
n
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
n
