About the Position

n

An exciting opportunity exists for an Interior Designer to join the business in a Colour Consultant / New Home Specification role!

n

This is a pivotal role in the new home sales process which takes the client through the colour selection phase and creates specifications for the current home project. Key responsibilities will include:

n

Specifications of the new home builds with clients

n

End to end selections on new residential projects

n

Creating specifications

n

Management of the colour specification library

n

Liasing with purchasing, construction, sales and the design team

n

Sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers

n

Management of interior design specifications and final selections with Developers, holiday parks and resorts

n

The successful candidate

n





Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

n

Minimum 5 years interior design and colour selections experience

n

Strong residential building design and selections experience

n

Exceptional communication and client management skills

n

Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage internal and external stakeholders

n

Confidence working with corporate businesses and managing b2b relationships with Developers and Resorts

n

Creative design skills whilst understanding functional floor plan design

n
