About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Building Manager, you will assist with the day-to‑day operation and presentation of a luxury residential community.

While supporting the Building Manager, your daily operational responsibilities will include:

Conducting routine inspections of common areas and reporting maintenance issues

Monitoring building presentation and cleanliness standards

Assisting contractors, tradespeople and service providers with building access

Installing and removing lift protection mats for contractor works and resident move‑ins





Setting up and maintaining pool furniture and recreational facilities

Assisting residents with general enquiries and requests

Following up maintenance and contractor attendance

Supporting safety and compliance requirements across the property

This is a hands‑on role that involves regular movement throughout the building and a strong focus on customer service.

What You’ll Bring

Confidence interacting with residents, contractors and visitors

Previous experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Building operations

Concierge or front‑of‑house services
