CCB is seeking a full time Aquaculture Technician to join our expanding production team in the stunning Whitsundays. This position offers a diverse range of daily tasks (outlined below) and provides comprehensive training across our production system. You will gain valuable experience and develop skills across a broad spectrum of Aquaculture operations.

Work Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in Aquaculture or Farm Hand work, or a university degree in Aquaculture or a related field,



is essential for this position.
n
- The position will be hands on and require outdoors type work, so experience in this type of work setting is beneficial.
n
- The successful applicant will be reliable, physically fit, self-motivated and a good problem solver.
n
- Current driver's license (required).
n
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Forklift License (or willingness to obtain).
n

n

This position will take part in a rotational shift schedule. This means you'll alternate between working afternoon shifts (12.30pm-10pm) and day shifts (6:30am-4pm) in 8–10-week blocks. Penalty rates will apply for hours worked outside of standard working hours.
