We're seeking an experienced Principal Delivery Manager whowilldrive day-to-day design, development and legacy system decommissioning for a current flagship digital platform. You will lead two to three build squads, working closely with product and engineering counterparts, as well as the Principal Program Manager.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Project Leadership: Lead delivery governance, executive reporting, risk management and project outcomes.
n
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile squads, sprint planning and release delivery against roadmap commitments.
n
- Product Delivery: Partner with product and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions.
n
- Stakeholder Management:
Align delivery outcomes with business priorities, customer needs and operational goals.
n
- Budget & Resourcing: Manage forecasting, budgets and resource allocation across project workstreams.
n
- Go-Live & Transition: Oversee releases, data migration and legacy system transition activities.
n
- Change Enablement: Support business readiness, training, adoption and successful operational transition.
n

Essential Criteria
n
n
- Proven experience leading complex technical delivery, ideally for system replacement and process transformation projects.
n
- CRM /BPM product experience.
n
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and MS tools.
n
- Work habits that prioritise outcomes, through commitment to speed, flexibility and quality of deliverables with minimal supervision.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Experience with, or ability to adapt to NSW Government practices and standards.
