The Role

We're looking for an experienced Track Supervisor to join the A2P project team, based out of Albury. Reporting to the Track Superintendent, you'll supervise day-to-day track construction and maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on program and to specification across the Albury to Illabo section.

Responsibilities

n

- Supervise track crews delivering track slews, track lowering, resleepering and associated civil/track works
n
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities, resourcing, plant and materials to meet program targets
n
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
n
- Conduct pre-start briefings, toolbox talks and on-site inductions
n
- Monitor and enforce compliance with rail safety and track possession/occupation procedures
n
- Liaise with the Track Superintendent, Project Engineers and rail authority representatives (ARTC) on work scheduling and site access
n
- Identify and manage on-site risks, hazards and non-conformances
n
- Maintain accurate daily records, timesheets and work-as-executed documentation

Requirements

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Track Supervisor on rail infrastructure or track renewal projects
n
- Rail industry accreditation (e.g. Rail Industry Worker, Protection Officer/Worksite Protection qualifications highly regarded)
n
- Sound knowledge of track construction methods, plant and equipment
n
- Strong safety leadership and ability to manage crews in a live rail corridor environment
n
- Current driver's licence; willingness to work on a regional project based out of Albury, including some travel along the corridor
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
