high-energy environment for both guests and team members Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similarly fast-paced environment A love of building great teams and a positive workplace culture Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive when things get busy Someone who leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude every day Fast food experience highly regarded but not essential Applicants with full Australian working rights will only be considered.
