Sephora Melbourne Highpoint is seeking a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a 20+ strong team in a luxury, high-volume store. This full time fixed-term role runs until March 2027, offering strategic leadership and a pathway into a global luxury retailer within the LVMH group. You will shape the client experience, drive a high-performance selling culture, and use store data to inform decisions in partnership with the Store Manager and peers.
