This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Operations Manager and Operations 2IC,



you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receiving stock, picking and packing orders, dispatch, inventory control and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the correct products are dispatched against sales orders
- Receive incoming stock and assist with unloading deliveries
- Check incoming goods against relevant documentation
- Store and organise stock in the correct warehouse locations
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory counts
- Maintain accurate stock movements and warehouse records
- Operate a counterbalance forklift where required
- Assist customers and work closely with other team members
- Keep warehouse, pallet and work areas clean, safe and organised
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Wear and maintain required PPE and safety equipment
- Follow instructions from the Operations team and complete allocated tasks within required timeframes
- Raise any operational, stock or safety issues with your manager promptly

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
- Experience with picking, packing, receiving and dispatch
- A current forklift licence and counterbalance forklift experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong focus on safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to perform physical and manual handling duties
- A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work
