ABOUT THE ROLE

- Consistent casual Full-time hours available.

- Predominantly day shifts, with optional overtime and occasional night works.

- Depot-to-depot work.

- State-of-the-art tools, vehicles, and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Implement and manage traffic guidance schemes across a wide range of worksites.
n
- Set up, monitor, maintain, and pack down traffic control sites in line with approved plans and safety requirements.
n
- Lead traffic control crews on site and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
n
- Operate and manage traffic control devices, signage, and equipment.
n
- Liaise with clients, supervisors, work crews, and members of the public.
n
- Maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and clean work environment.
n
- Complete required site checks,



documentation, and reporting.
n
- Bring a positive attitude, robust communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a growing team.
n

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE

n

n
- Current QLD Traffic Control Licence.
n
- Experience implementing traffic management plans and leading crews highly regarded.
n
- Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and traffic management standards.
n
