You’ll Be Doing

Installing sheet metal ductwork, flexible ductwork, A/C units, fans, grilles and mechanical systems

Reading and interpreting mechanical and construction drawings

Liaising professionally with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders on-site

Assisting with site measurements and installation planning

Ordering materials and coordinating equipment requirements

Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to company WH&S; policies

Supporting the successful delivery of commercial HVAC projects across South East Queensland

Task & responsibilities

Qualification & experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role

Certificate III in a relevant trade or apprenticeship preferred

Proven experience in commercial sheet metal and/or ductwork installation

Strong understanding of mechanical services installation practices

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans

Experience working on commercial construction sites

Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to liaise professionally with clients and contractors

White Card (essential)

Current driver’s licence (preferred)
