Deputy Service Leader - Before and After School Care

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Padstow North Public School. We are recruiting a Deputy Service Leader. At TASK we strive to create joyful, secure, and inclusive child secure environments where children flourish outside school hours. This is a permanent, part-time Deputy Service Leader role offering 27.5 hours per week, consisting of split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within the region

Building strong relationships with families and the school community

Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies

Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties

Creating a fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children

What we're looking for

Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus)

A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred

A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012)
