Working in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment, you'll ensure Aerlink flights run smoothly and on schedule. With both full-time and part-time roles available, we offer flexibility to align with flight schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Manage check-in tasks including verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage.
- Provide accurate flight information to passengers regarding schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
- Resolve passenger issues with professionalism and efficiency, assisting with inquiries on schedules, fares, and policies.
- Ensure safety and security compliance in all processes, including screening passengers and luggage.
- Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations, prompt assistance in emergencies, and effective handling of delays or disruptions.
- Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning as required.
