This isn't a traditional BA role. You'll influence solution design, lead discovery and scoping activities, and help turn strategic priorities into practical, scalable outcomes. If you enjoy variety, thrive in fast-paced environments and want to work on multiple high-impact initiatives, this could be the role for you.

We're building the best...Our team makes it happen.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve customer experiences and create more efficient ways of working
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across systems, integrations, workflows and data flows
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, balancing short-term priorities with longer-term strategic outcomes

- Influence solution direction and prioritisation through strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication
- Explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that improve both customer and team experiences

About You

You're an experienced functional consultant, business analyst or technology skilled who enjoys connecting people, processes and technology to solve business challenges.

You can confidently switch between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and detailed discussions with technical teams. You're known for building strong relationships, bringing people together and communicating complex ideas in a clear and practical way.

You'll thrive in this team if you're adaptable, collaborative and enjoy working across multiple projects at once. You bring a genuine team-first mindset, remain calm when priorities shift and are motivated by delivering outcomes that make a real difference for customers and team members.

Experience within a retail or customer-facing environment will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of how technology can support large, complex operations.

What you'll need

- 7 years' experience in a similar Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Lead or technology delivery role
- Demonstrated experience working across technology platforms and business transformation initiatives
- Experience leading or contributing to multiple projects, programs or technology-enabled transformational change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage and build credibility at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate business and technical concepts
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Strong process improvement, solution design and problem-solving capability
- Experience working with enterprise platforms; Salesforce experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Exposure to AI, automation or emerging technologies will be highly regarded

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset
- Retail industry experience is preferred
