About the role

You'll lead all aspects of dealership performance, driving sales, profitability, customer experience and team success across Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories and Finance & Insurance.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and developing high-performing teams
- Driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Building a strong culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Implementing growth initiatives, events and promotional activities
- Maintaining strong relationships with Harley-Davidson, customers and the local riding community
- Managing dealership KPIs, financial performance,



compliance and manufacturer standards
- Creating a dealership that customers love and employees are proud to be part of

About you You're a proven business leader with a track record of delivering results through people. You'll bring:

- Leadership experience within a dealership, automotive, motorcycle or specialty retail workplace
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive profitable growth
- Experience leading multiple teams and managing business performance
- A history of improving customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational outcomes
- Outstanding communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- An appreciation for the Harley-Davidson brand, lifestyle and community will be highly regarded
