We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking Deckhands to join the crew of a 35m Private / Charter Motor Yacht based in Fremantle, Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves life on the water and takes pride in working to high standards. You will be part of a professional crew responsible for maintaining the yacht's exceptional presentation, supporting day-to-day vessel operations and helping create memorable experiences for guests onboard.

No two days on the water are quite the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the yacht
- General deck work including washing, polishing, detailing and maintaining the vessel to an exceptional standard
- Assisting with mooring, anchoring and tender operations
- Loading and unloading provisions, equipment and cargo while in port
- Supporting general housekeeping and hospitality duties when required
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, skilled and polished manner
- Following maritime safety procedures and contributing to safe vessel operations
- Working closely with the Captain, First Mate and wider crew
- Assisting across other areas of the yacht whenever required

You will be someone who is hands-on, energetic and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in developing your career within the yachting industry. Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience as a Deckhand or aboard motor yachts is essential
- A great eye for detail and pride in presenting a vessel to an exceptional standard




- Good seamanship and an understanding of basic maritime operations and safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, well-presented and guest-focused approach
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual duties in a marine environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit crew
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing schedules and conditions
- Strong references and a proven work ethic
- Full Australian working rights
