Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role Whether you join us on the front desk, chairside, or across both, you'll be an integral part of the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key responsibilities may include

- Managing patient bookings and appointment schedules
- Coordinating and optimising the appointment book
- Greeting and supporting patients throughout their visit
- Handling phone enquiries and patient communication
- Processing payments (HICAPS & EFTPOS) and daily reconciliation




- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Maintaining high infection control standards and sterilisation
- Updating clinical notes and patient records
- Supporting lab tasks and overall practice upkeep
- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
- Running reports and maintaining accurate records

About You You're organised, confident, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

- High attention to detail and reliability
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Strong customer service focus with a warm, non-judgemental approach
- Good computer skills
- D4W software experience is a bonus
- Willingness to learn and grow, seeking a long-term role
- Australian permanent resident status required for this position

Experience:
- Dental experience (1+ year) preferred
- Reception and/or dental nursing experience highly regarded
- We're open to training the right candidate, including via a North Metropolitan TAFE traineeship

Practice Hours

- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:45pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 7:15pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:15pm
