Our current dental practice in Claremont, recently opened this year, is growing and we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone to start 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours in the future if desired.

Available days and hours

- Monday & Wednesday: 7:45am–5:00pm
- OR
- Monday: 7:45am–5:00pm
- Friday: 6:45am–2:00pm

About the role:
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering phone calls and managing appointments
- Handling general reception and administrative duties
- Maintaining a friendly and professional patient experience
- Working with Dental4Webb practice management software

About you:
- Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, organised and reliable
- Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team

Remuneration will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right person, so if you are enthusiastic, personable and looking to join a new and growing practice, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
