About The Role The Deputy Director (Operations) provides whole-of-service operational leadership and coordination across Custodial Primary Health. The role works in partnership with clinical, nursing, operational and service development leaders to strengthen performance, patient flow,



workforce sustainability and consistent service delivery across correctional and youth detention health services.

What We're Looking For The ideal person for this role will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated high-level operational leadership in a large, complex and geographically dispersed service, with the ability to coordinate priorities across multiple teams and service locations.
- Highly developed analytical and performance management capability, including the ability to interpret activity, workforce, financial and quality information and convert it into practical action and executive advice.
- Proven ability to influence without relying on direct line authority, build trusted relationships and bring diverse clinical, operational and partner stakeholders together to resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrated capability in leading change, operational planning and implementation, with strong governance, risk management and benefits-realisation disciplines.
- Exceptional judgement, communication and organisational skills, including experience preparing high-level briefings and navigating sensitive workforce, financial and operational matters in a demanding environment.
