About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive role sitting within a small and collaborative marketing team. The role offers genuine ownership across email marketing, digital content, an online customer portal and customer analytics.

You will

- Manage approximately 2–3 marketing email campaigns per month, including planning, segmentation, copywriting, building, testing, QA, deployment and reporting
- Review and audit existing automated and triggered email campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise customer journeys and performance
- Manage promotional and marketing content across the organisation’s online customer portal, including banners, promotions and customer messaging
- Develop an ongoing content and promotional plan for the portal and identify opportunities to use it more effectively as a marketing channel
- Connect email campaigns and portal content as part of a cohesive customer journey
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and digital trends to identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Work with customer segmentation, data exports and digital analytics to understand how customers interact with the platform
- Translate data and insights into practical recommendations and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Brief and collaborate with the Brand Manager on creative and content requirements
- Collaborate with IT where required to translate marketing requirements or insights into platform improvements




- Take ownership of marketing projects from brief through to execution and reporting

Skills & Experience

- Around 3 years’ experience across digital marketing, email marketing, ecommerce, online platforms or a similar role
- Robust hands-on experience managing email campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting
- Understanding of customer segmentation, campaign journeys and marketing automation
- Experience working across an ecommerce, online portal or digital customer platform
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret customer behaviour, campaign performance and digital trends
- Experience using data to identify opportunities and make practical recommendations
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to make recommendations rather than simply execute instructions
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work autonomously within a small team
- Experience with Customer.io, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms advantageous
- Experience with Amplitude or a similar digital analytics/tracking platform highly advantageous
- Canva experience advantageous
