This is initially a 12-month full-time contract, with the opportunity to transition into an ongoing full-time position based on performance, particularly the growth, engagement and commercial impact of our social media platforms.

About the role
n
You will be responsible for developing, managing and improving our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

Working closely with management, internal subject-matter experts and the wider marketing team, you will identify content opportunities, manage the publishing calendar, develop campaigns and use platform data to continuously improve performance.

Identify opportunities to grow organic reach and strengthen brand authority
n
About You
n
You are a commercially minded social media professional who understands that strong social media is about more than posting content.
n
You understand audiences, know how to identify a strong content angle and are comfortable using data to determine what is working and what needs to change.
n
Importantly, you also understand the property investor mindset because you have direct experience as a property investor yourself.
n
You will ideally have:
n
Robust knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
n
Experience developing and executing social media strategies
n
Strong copywriting and content development skills
n
Experience analysing social media metrics and improving performance
n
A strong understanding of Australian property investment

Strong knowledge of property tax concepts, tax depreciation and property valuations
n
An understanding of the questions, concerns and challenges Australian property investors face
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy
n
Confidence working with senior management and subject-matter experts
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative marketing team
n
A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
What Success Looks Like
n
Success in this role means building social media channels that are not simply active, but genuinely contributing to the growth of the business.
n
You will be expected to demonstrate measurable improvements in:

n
Website traffic generated through social media
