The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and build the operational capability of the business during a period of significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational delivery across all trade divisions, including maintenance, construction, and fit-out activities. This leadership role involves managing people, project and service delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and driving continuous improvement. The Head of Operations will be expected to inherit a capable workforce and a supportive culture, and then introduce greater structure, accountability, and consistency while upholding the values that have contributed to the organization's success.

labor-intensive business, an understanding of both recurring maintenance services and construction or fit-out projects, and a proven track record of leading trade-based workforces, subcontractors, and multiple operational teams. Strong commercial acumen, the ability to introduce structure and accountability, and experience in improving operational systems and workflows are essential.

The ideal candidate will also have a solid knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance requirements, and a practical, visible, and approachable leadership style. A trade, construction, or relevant technical background is valuable, but the focus is on leadership capability, commercial judgment, and experience in scaling operations.
