Casual Disability Support Worker – Wollongong & Sydney

Supreme Disability Services – Wollongong NSW

You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants based on their goals, preferences and support plans.

Key responsibilities

Supporting daily living and personal care

Community access and social participation

Shopping, appointments and community activities

Supporting independence and life skills

Emotional and social support

Mobility and communication support

Maintaining professional and respectful relationships

Completing accurate progress notes and shift documentation

Following support plans, policies and safety procedures

Working collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Committed to participant choice,

Willing to learn and undertake training

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Working with Children Check, where applicable

Right to work in Australia

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle where required
