We are a national, family-owned Australian company specialising in therapeutic sleep solutions and are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join our 5-star ProductReview rated team on the Gold Coast.

THE ROLE

n

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads.

n

You will receive current enquiries, previous enquiries and cold leads, but we want Sales Professionals who actively create opportunities.

n

SELF-PROSPECTING IS THE SKILL WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

You will:

- Make inbound and outbound sales calls
n
- Follow up new and previous enquiries
n
- Prospect cold leads and generate your own opportunities
n
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM
n
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
n

- Proven sales experience, ideally telephone sales

- Self-driven, proactive and motivated
n
- Confident prospecting and generating opportunities
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Resilient,

- Strong computer and CRM skills
n
- A genuine focus on delivering an excellent customer experience

We will support, train and develop you, but we will not micromanage you.
