Mint Property Agents is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some real estate experience and wants to develop their skills, work alongside experienced agents and build a long‐term career in property sales.

The Role

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
n
- Following up buyers and enquiries
n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Maintaining and updating our CRM/database
n
- Assisting with sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
n
- Preparing comparable sales and appraisal information
n
- Following up potential vendors and appraisal opportunities
n
- Assisting with auction campaigns and auction days
n
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local homeowners
n
- General support to the sales team
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:





n

n
- Has previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role
n
- Is confident speaking with people and making prospecting calls
n
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Is motivated, reliable and well presented
n
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
