We're seeking a Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Lead to take ownership of the presentation, shopability and overall customer journey across our national network of company-owned and franchise stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail merchandising professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys turning strategy into impactful in-store experiences.

Working within the Retail & Store Development team, you'll help ensure our showrooms consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting current store projects, merchandising initiatives and campaign execution throughout the network.

About the Role

This role is all about creating engaging retail environments that inspire customers and support business performance.

You will:

n

- Drive visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation across the national network
n
- Develop and maintain merchandising principles, display standards and store guidelines
n
- Coordinate the rollout of new product ranges, promotional activity and seasonal campaigns
n
- Support new store openings, refurbishments and showroom enhancement projects
n
- Identify opportunities to improve customer flow, navigation and overall shopability
n
- Conduct store reviews and provide recommendations to improve presentation and consistency
n
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure merchandising strategies are executed effectively across all locations
n
- Balance commercial outcomes with an exceptional customer experience
n

About You

n

You are passionate about creating engaging retail environments and understand how great merchandising can influence customer engagement,



sales performance and the overall customer experience.

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, store experience, or a similar multi-site retail environment
n
- Demonstrated success leading merchandising initiatives across multiple stores or regions
n
- Flexibility to undertake occasional interstate travel to support store reviews, merchandising initiatives, existing store refits / new store fitouts, and key business projects across our national network
n
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Knowledge of architectural building plans, visual merchandising principles, customer journey mapping and store layout optimisation
n
- Experience developing merchandising standards, guidelines and training materials
n
- Sound understanding of retail operations, category management and promotional execution
n
- The ability to interpret sales and performance data to improve in-store outcomes
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
n
- Experience within specialty retail, showroom retail, home improvement, flooring, tiles or similar industries will be highly regarded
n
- Formal qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related discipline will be highly regarded
n
