As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging,



play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing. You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Support the implementation of engaging educational programs Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe and document children's learning and development Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS),

To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications Current Child Protection training/certificate Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early childhood education Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
