Gathering requirements, writing user stories and creating process documentation Stakeholder communication and training – supporting internal teams with new functionality and keeping technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned System configuration – working with web snippets, templates and feature setup Coordinating rollouts of new functionality and processes across teams Collaborating with Tech, Sales and Support teams to resolve issues and improve platform functionality UAT & Testing – coordinating testing, identifying bugs and ensuring quality and smooth functionality Data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive smarter decisions Requirements:

1+ year of industry experience as a BA (minimum)
