Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services Work in a high-volume catering environment Maintain food safety and HACCP standards Deliver consistent quality and presentation Work as part of a supportive kitchen team These are DIDO roles from Mackay on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days.
