Job Description The Digital Campaign & Creative Manager is responsible for leading a team of Digital Designers and Campaign Specialists to deliver the execution and amplification of the go to market program through digital channels.

Lead the innovation of Email and Website marketing templates to create best in class executions, maximising impact & effectiveness.

Collaborate with the promotions and merchandise teams to own and create the calendar of digital marketing activity aligned to the broader go-to-market program.

Creative design leadership for digital executions of key messages and service offerings, reinforcing the product/brand while also driving optimal CX.

Lead technology and process improvement initiatives.

Lead planning and implementation of digital assets for key sales events.

Plan and oversee the delivery BAU assets – email, web assets, landing pages, competitions, digital catalogue.

Manage budget and spend for 3rd party costs.

Work with IT Engineering and CX to optimise digitalmarketing platforms e.g.adserver, forms platform,email platform.

Develop and maintain online brand guidelines and specifications.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a team to generate high quality and accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment, while leveraging technology to drive better ways of working.

Strong creative design capabilities, along with experience in workflow management, CMS and email platforms.

At least 5 years of experience in digital graphic design.

At least 3 years of experience in content management platforms, including web CMS, email marketing platforms, ad servers.

Previous experience in retail is desirable
