We are looking for an Experienced Artisan Baker to join our growing team at Sonoma at our Alexandria bakery.

About the Role

Experienced Baker If you’re passionate about baking the best bread and skilled in crafting a range of artisan bread, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative, and supportive team.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have experience in high quality artisan bread production
- Are confident working with high hydration doughs
- Experienced in mixing, hand shaping, proofing and baking to a high standard




- Are confident using a variety of artisan baking equipment such as spiral mixers, Rheon bread divider, bun rounder, proofers and rack ovens.
- Work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Available for day shift work across a rotating roster
- Level 4 and 5 positions currently available with early morning 12.5% shift loading applied for 2am start.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a bakery or production environment essential
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good time management and communication skills
- Team players who value collaboration and consistency
- Must have full working rights in Australia
