- Run your own commercial sales and leasing campaigns

- Manage listings from appraisal through to transaction

- Conduct inspections and negotiate with owners, tenants and buyers

- Prospect for recent business and generate listings

- Build strong relationships with landlords, investors and occupiers

- Prepare proposals, marketing campaigns and market updates

About You

- Degree in Property, Property Economics or a related discipline
n
- Real estate experience highly regarded
n
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confident, driven and commercially minded
n
- Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
n
- Keen to build a long-term career in commercial property
